Karen Walker, formerly Chief Marketing Officer at CISCO has tendered her resignation at the company and will be joining Intel as the new Chief Marketing Officer according to Wccftech. This a decision that is going to be announced very shortly probably next week.
Karen Walker is a marketing veteran and was in the Forbes’ Most Influential CMOs. She has previously served as Vice President of Marketing, Americas for HP and was with the company for 8 years before moving on to CISCO as the Global Vice President of Marketing – where she spent her last 11 years or so. Considering her experience in marketing with HP and CISCO, she should have both retail and enterprise marketing down pat.
