- Monster Hunter: World Iceborne’s Next Update Will Introduce a Classic Beast
We're now on countdown for release of the first free update for Monster Hunter World's Iceborne expansion. Capcom have confirmed the update will add the fearsome Rajang to the game, sending players to the chilly land of Hoarfrost Reach to face even more deadly creatures. Few days ago, the franchise evelopers talks of future expanding the Series’ without changing their approach to the game.
We don't yet know what else the update will contain, but as mentioned above, Rajang, a highly aggressive ape-like monster that originally debuted in Monster Hunter Freedom 2.
On October 10, 2019, players will be treated to the expansion’s first update, which will add a classic monster to the mix known as Rajang. Keep in mind that Rajang will be a tough foe to take down, so you’ll need to strategize with your team and come equipped with the right items to emerge victorious. Rajang is an aggressive ape creature complete with giant horns on its head and a bad attitude. Watch out when it becomes enraged and its fur starts to glow, because that’s when things will really start to get tough. This beast originally debuted in Monster Hunter Freedom 2 for the PSP in 2007 and will be making its triumphant return to the series next month.
Iceborne is set in a new arctic region called the Hoarfrost Reach, which is home to a variety of new monsters, as well as a handful of returning ones, such as the Glavenus.
