The Pokemon Company is looking for part time sales associates to help run Pokemon Center Singapore, and they will pay you SGD10 (USD7.70) an hour to do that. Please keep in mind you might be asked to work during weekends and public holidays.
List Of Responsibilities Are....
- Requirements:
- Duties and obligations as may be designated by the Company and which are reasonably consistent with your job title
- Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
- Energetic and enthusiastic towards customers
- Able to handle customer enquiries truthfully
- Be proactive in assisting with customer’s needs and requirements
- Provide advice, recommendations and coordination of merchandises for customers
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers
- Maintain outstanding work place condition and visual merchandising of Pokémon Center standards
- Strives to develop the ability to maintain an environment that projects a high level of taste and sophistication consistent with Pokémon Center philosophy
- Replenishing stocks and assisting to display merchandises
- Actively participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to, stock maintenance, product transfers & floor changeover
- Motivated and independent
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil (in order to liaise with the English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & Tamil speaking associates)
- English language is a must, proficiency in other languages is advantageous
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in retail or travel retail environment will be advantageous.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work retail shift hours as allocated by manager (9am to 6pm, 12pm to 9pm, 2pm to 11pm)M
- have positive working attitudeE
- Experience in using Changi POS systems will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
