The game is set within an open world post-apocalyptic environment that encompasses the city of Boston and the surrounding Massachusetts region known as "The Commonwealth". It is the fifth major installment in the Fallout series and was released worldwide on November 10, 2015, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One & PC. The game update version 1.34 is available to download now for all platforms. Here are the patch notes for this new update.
Fallout 4 has received an update today by Bethesda that includes a number of fixes. These were originally planned to release with update 1.33 which launched in late November. In addition, the game will get virtual workshops starting from December 5. You can check out the full details here.

Note! a patch is planned for this Wednesday, Dec 4. It will contain a number of small fixes that got bumped out of the Nov 20th patch.
We make an effort to avoid patches in such close succession, but scheduling in December is a complex affair. We had expected this to be near the end of the month, so this was a surprise for all of us..
