AMD new leaks have popped up showing another powerful Ryzen Threadripper 3000 Series TRX40, TRX80 and WRX80 High-end processors revealed coming, according to the USB Implementers Forum (USB-IF).

It rumored to be designed specifically for AMD's next-gen Ryzen Threadripper 3000 series, the chips will be codename (Castle Peak). If these rumors are true then you'll need a new motherboard here.

The HEDT (high-end desktop) chipsets also hint's the type of processor will be part of the Ryzen Threadripper 3000 series. The TR in TRX40 and TRX80 likely stands for "Threadripper" while the W in WRX80 also believe to stand for "Workstation". Meanwhile the above mentioned TR's might be for the Consumers while the WRX80 believed to be for Enterprises. They're all just speculations anyway.

Also VideoCardz has revealed that Asus is working on at least two motherboards using the leaked chipsets, the Asus Prime TRX40-PRO and the Asus ROG Strix TRX40-E Gaming. The source claims that Asus have confirmed the leak.
