As you already know evil Kai Parker returns to the Vampire Diaries spin-off the Legacies. The writer Julie revealed to us last year that the big bad evil villain is coming to the show.
The CW has released a set of official stills from the season's 12th episode, aptly titled "Kai Parker Screwed Us," revealing Chris Wood reprising his role as Kai. Meanwhile, twin sisters Josie and Lizzie are seen speaking with their father Alaric and Lizzie's vampiric boyfriend Sebastian.
Kai was imprisoned within a pocket dimension for his evil deeds during The Vampire Diaries, including murdering Josie and Lizzie's mother as she married Alaric. The sisters subsequently discovered the mystical key to Kai's prison, with showrunner Julie Plec hinting that Kai's appearance would leave an impact on Josie and her recent foray into witchcraft.
Sebastian is a vampire from the 16th century that was revived at the start of Season 2. Initially charming and seductive, Sebastian quickly formed a romantic relationship with Lizzie. Sebastian had shown a violent dark side, leading to a confrontation with Alaric. With both Kai and Sebastian reappearing, bad things are sure to follow the Saltzman sisters and the people of Mystic Falls. Legacies airs on Thursdays at 9 pm ET on The CW.
