  • iPhone 11 Pro & iPhone 11 Pro Max YouTube Now Supports HDR Video Playback
  • iPhone 11 Pro & iPhone 11 Pro Max YouTube HDR Video Playback

You can now enjoy HDR Video Playback on your iPhone 11 and 11 Pro Max. Pretty awesome right? This takes full advantage of Super Retina XDR display.
Available as a free update straight from the App Store, the YouTube app now finally supports the playback of HDR content on the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max but unfortunately left the iPad Pro behind and the iPhone 11 is not included in the list of supported devices too.

Just open up any video on YouTube that supports HDR and you'll see immediately in the list of available resolutions whether or not you are playing back in high dynamic range. And in case you are wondering, you have to pump up your iPhone's display brightness to maximum for the full HDR effect. It's a highly subjective thing, you know....
Also note this down that, HDR videos are going to consume lot of data while streaming on a cellular network. Until or unless you really have to watch HDR content, me i definitely do some manual adjustments of the video resolution in order to ensure that I don't eat up all my data while appreciating those vivid, real life colors, Although is not must you emulate me but I still recommend that for you.
Before I round up let me write some quick ways to activate yours, so read carefully, the settings is simple and easy anyway now let's go: Launch the App Store, tap on your photo on the top right corner, pull down on the menu, the page will refresh, now tap on the Update button next to YouTube.

Keep in mind that the the app does not support HDR on the iPhone 11, don't feel bad if you're using the iPhone 11 the feature might come around sooner or later, for now just the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max are supported. So download yours on the Apple Store here.

  • iPhone 11 Ultra Wideband Update Failed Error On iOS 13 Update

Some iPhone 11 series users have noticed an issue, on an Ultra-Wideband update failed error after updating to iOS 13.1.3 and iOS 13.2 beta 3. Impacting the iPhones ability to send files through AirDrop because it uses the new UI Ultra-Wideband Chip.
This issue is been discovered by few users, this have a been current topic on most online forums, including a resolving technique that have worked for some users.

After seeing this message, many users have been unable to send files via AirDrop, which utilizes the new U1 Ultra-wideband chip in iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro. While this is likely a software issue, nobody knows what is causing this problem for only some users. It looks like different variants & model numbers of iPhone 11 are responding differently to the latest iOS updates

How To Fix Ultra-Wideband Update Failed Error On iPhone 11 Series:
Here's solution shared by some users that's they were able to get rid of the error by putting their iPhone in DFU mode and restoring their iOS firmware. Afterwards, they restored their iCloud or iTunes backup, and did not see the error message again. But unfortunately this didn't work for some users, which they had to go to the Apple Store and get their iPhone replaced, which indicates the likelihood of hardware failure. Getting a replacement might be your only choice if the DFU restore method fails.

iPhone 11 Series Has Displayed Strong Demand in the U.S. That It Outpaced All Competing Devices

  • iPhone 11 Series Has Displayed Strong Demand in the U.S. That It Outpaced All Competing Devices
  • iPhone 11 Series Demands Is High In The U.S.

When the news of the iPhone 11 series starts surfacing the expectation were low for them since they posses the same design with the previous models and non 5G support, but hey, after the launch, boom!!, the 2019 models was not expected to get any groundbreaking features, that amazed everyone, which were confirmed when finally launched.
However, Apple vastly improved on the standard features and this is apparently helping the company. That’s why a new report sheds more light on the iPhone 11 demand in the U.S. Meanwhile the iPhone 11 is the least popular model out of the three devices, but things are expected to improve.
According to the latest Counterpoint Research revealed, the initial iPhone 11 demand was so impressive in the U.S. that it outpaced all competing offerings. Retail checks imply that the demand for this year’s handsets was higher than that of predecessors. Out of all the three phones, Counterpoint Research claims that the iPhone 11 Pro Max was the most popular model during the preorders and initial sales period. The iPhone 11 Pro comes next, and surprisingly, the cheapest of the three, the iPhone 11, was the least popular of all and considering its less expensive $699 asking price, that is puzzling.
Keep in mind that, it doesn’t mean that the iPhone 11 demand will remain lower than that of the more premium models. Counterpoint projects it to gain more popularity as time goes by, just like last year when the iPhone XR stole the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max’s thunder after the initial period. Right now though, on account of low demand, the iPhone 11 is abundantly available, while the other models are sometimes short in supply. Although is kind of dishearten challenge seeing the impressive Apple 2019 flagship lacks 5G support, but hey, 5G networks have not gone live in most parts of the world, so iPhone fans might not really care about this aspect.  If the demand does fall down(which is inevitable), the American giant apparently has the iPhone SE 2 as backup, as the low-cost device is hinted to come in Q1 2020. Overall, Counterpoint Research says that the third quarter shipments skewed towards a decline. Since the iPhone 11 demand actually went up, that’s nothing short of remarkable after a few quarters of dwindling sales.

Deep Fusion On iPhone 11 Pro Max How It Works In iOS 13.2

  • Deep Fusion On iPhone 11 Pro Max How It Works In iOS 13.2
  • iPhone 11 Pro Max Deep Fusion

Deep Fusion is Apple's computational photography mode, exclusive for iPhone 11 Pro & Pro Max variant. It uses artificial intelligence for pixel-by-pixel processing of photos in real-time, identifying subjects and scenery to improve details. All regards to the new powerful A13 Bionic chip and its Neural Engine. Read on to see how it works and how it is different from Smart HDR.
As Deep Fusion was revealed at the iPhone 11 Pro Launch event. Phil Schiller spoke about the feature on stage, calling it 'computational photography made science' and demonstrated the output by showing a photo of a man wearing a sweater. Zooming on the sweater showed an incredible amount of detail, which is not something you expect from a smartphone to capture. Do you know about Smart HDR? If you do then, iPhone 11 Pro Max' Deep Fusion will sound very familiar. Like Smart HDR, Deep Fusion also takes multiple photos, with a varying degree of exposures. Here is how Deep Fusion uses these photos.
Before a photo is taken, 4 short exposure frames are 4 secondary frames are captured in the buffer. When the shutter button is pressed, 1 long exposure image is captured. Using machine learning, the Neural Engine combines the low exposure frames with the most details, with the long exposure image. It goes through the resulting image by analyzing each individual pixel from the 24 million pixels captured. Different types of processing are applied to subjects and backgrounds like skin, hair, sky etc. The image is sharpened and more detail is exposed by utilizing the best parts of the different captured frames. Tone, color and other details like highlights and shadows are adjusted accordingly. The final image is optimized for low noise and detail. All this is done by using 4 neural networks.
Even though all this happens in real-time, it takes a second to process the final photo. Photos captured using this technique also have a larger file size than a photo captured normally. Meanwhile talking about the Smart HDR, it combines all the frames that have been shot before and after the shutter is pressed instead of just two frames. Noise processing is also applied differently on Smart HDR photos since it works in sufficiently bright conditions.

Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max: Which Lens Work With Deep Fusion?
While using Deep Fusion, you must capture a photo in mid to low light conditions. If the conditions are too bright enough, it will not work and Smart HDR will be used instead. If the light is too low, Night Mode will automatically get in. From the three lens that iPhone Pro 11 and its larger Max variant have, this is how Deep Fusion, Smart HDR and Night Mode work across them:

  • Standard wide lens
  • Supports Deep Fusion for low to medium light conditions
  • Supports Smart HDR for bright conditions
  • Supports Night Mode for very low light conditions (below 10 lux)
  • Telephoto lens
  • Supports Deep Fusion for low to medium light conditions
  • Supports Smart HDR for bright conditions
  • No Night Mode support
  • Ultra-wide lens
  • Does not support Deep Fusion
  • Supports Smart HDR for bright conditions
  • No Night Mode support
  • To use Deep Fusion, make sure that 'Photos Capture Outside the Frame' is is disabled in Settings > Camera.
Here are some of the best Deep Fusion photo comparisons from around the internet, which showcase how effective Apple's new computational photography feature is. After I tested this on mine I felt like using it all day.
Deep Fusion will be released for iPhone 11 Pro Max through iOS 13.2 update before this year ends

First, comes the battery life.
No doubt, the battery life is much better. The iPhone 11 Pro Max lasted more than 40-hours in our testing. That’s the longest stretch of any phone currently listed in our ratings. And it marks a big impact for Apple. Just a few years ago, iPhones tended to lag behind the competition in this area. The 11 Pro Max’s 40-hour stretch amounts to an impressive 11-hour increase over the 29-hour total of last year’s iPhone XS Max. The 11 Pro went 34 hours on a single charge, up from the 27.5 hours of the iPhone XS.”
Not only that... instead of having two camera pixels, the flagships equipped with a triple sensor array that provides one of the best smartphone camera experiences in all around, in our camera testing, the flagships made am impressive scores on image quality and video quality.

  • Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ VS iPhone 11 Pro Max

The Samsung new flagship, Galaxy Note 10 Plus offers a whopping 12GB RAM. This obviously make the device one of the most powerful Android flagships right now, but how will it fare in the latest iPhone 11 Pro Max speed test? Turns out pretty well, and if we were to guess, we’d state that the hefty amount of RAM for the Note 10 Plus came in very handy this time. Meanwhile the iOS 13.1 Update Couldn’t Help iPhone 11 Pro Max This Time, Even After Apple Stated It Could Open up Apps 2x Faster Than iOS 12.
The last time an app-launching speed test was carried out, the iPhone 11 Pro failed to overtake last year’s iPhone XS, but it was most likely due to bugs present in iOS 13.0. With iOS 13.1 officially running on the majority of current and last-gen devices, PhoneBuff decided to see which flagship would come out in this iPhone 11 Pro Max speed test. Just a reminder, Apple’s massive 6.5-inch handset sports an A13 Bionic, which is the fastest SoC powering a smartphone, coupled with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
Between the iPhone 11 Pro Max and the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, there’s a difference of 8GB RAM, and the results speak for themselves, but only just. Initially, the iPhone 11 Pro Max speed test shows that Apple’s 6.5-inch crown jewel took the lead against the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, opening up apps quicker and performing some editing tasks much faster as a result of running the A13 Bionic. Since the iPhone 11 Pro Max wasn’t able to keep demanding apps like Adobe Rush running in the background during the second lap, it allowed its rival handset to make up for lost time, and in the end, the Galaxy Note 10 Plus finished with a 6-second lead over its competitor.
While the end result of the iPhone 11 Pro Max speed test shows that Samsung’s flagship came out on top, the winner could have been either one of the two considering that the difference was of a few seconds.

  • iPhone 11 Pro Max iFixit Teardown

The iPhone 11 Pro iFixit teardown went live. For folks that want to check out a step-by-step guide on the myriad number of changes Apple had to make from the inside on its latest devices, our readers should continue reading on.
According to the latest info discovered thanks to the iFixit teardown, there are two battery connectors present inside the new model.
The teardown experts believe that since this is a first, it’s possible the second connector has some involvement with the 2-way wireless charging that Apple has locked out. The theory is that the extra connector possibly has a direct line to the wireless charging coil that could have topped up other Qi-enabled devices and accessories.
Furthermore... this iPhone 11 Pro Max iFixit teardown, additional disassembly reveals that there is a strange board sitting underneath the large L-shaped battery. While iFixit is still running tests, it is possible that this mystery board also has something to do with the device carrying support for reverse wireless charging.
Pushing forward, the teardown fanatics concluded that Apple may have reverted to using a smaller logic in order to make space for the triple camera sensor.

The teardown process also happens to be the same as that present on the 2018 models, which is rather mysterious.
